Two internal mixers, of which one is reserved for the mixing of compounds with Carbon Black, are used for the mixing of compounds formulated by our polymer chemists to specifically meet our client's requirements.
A dedicated silicone mixing room complements our rubber mixing facilities.
Based on the type of product and quantity involved, we use different types of presses:
- Compression
- Transfert
- Injection
- flashless
Our mold shop permits us to maintain your tooling in perfect condition.
