Carbon Black compounds
All compounds requiring Carbon Black blending are mixed in a fully sealed dedicated mixing room. The handling of Carbon Black is completely automated to prevent contamination.
Coloured compounds
Colored compounds are mixed in another room. Because of the preventive measures taken to avoid contamination by free Carbon Black, we can mix any color compound required by our customers, including white.
Silicone compounds
Another sealed and dedicated room is reserved for the mixing of silicone and fluorosilicone compounds. Access is limited to authorized personnel only; the air in this room is electronically filtered and maintained under positive pressure.
