Incorporated in 1968 with goals to serve the shoe industry,
Baron Rubber diversifies its production in 1982, to reach all
types of industries. In 1996, it changes its name to Soucy Baron Inc.
Located north of Montreal, in St-Jerome, our
facilities cover 9600 square meters (103325 square feet).
Soucy Baron Inc. specializes in the custom rubber molding of complex and high precision parts.
Besides an array of compression, transfer and injection presses, we have our own mixing equipment (compounding) as well as a cryogenic deflasher.
A dedicated line for the treatment of metal inserts,
allows us to remain a leader in the manufacturing of rubber-to-metal parts such as rubber engine mounts. These parts, mostly used in the field of noise and rubber vibration control, are usually developed jointly with the clients.
A well equipped Quality Control Laboratory supports all other assets deployed to meet our clients needs. |
